The object of the contract to which it refers is the service of "Service of temporary stays in housing for victims of sexist violence and sons and daughters" in accordance with the prescriptions established in the specifications of particular technical prescriptions.

This is a contract reserved for social services entities accredited by the Department of Social Rights of the Generalitat of Catalonia, in accordance with Decree 69/2020 of July 14 on accreditation, social agreement and delegated management in the Network of Social Services of Public Attention. Companies must be accredited by the Generalitat of Catalonia in the portfolio of services:

Provision of Floor Service with support (SSLL).

The object of the contract referred to in this specification is the service of "Service of temporary stays in homes for victims of sexist violence and sons and daughters" in accordance with the prescriptions established in the specifications of particular technical prescriptions.

Companies must be accredited by the Generalitat of Catalonia in the portfolio of services: Provision of Floor Service with support (SSLL).

The contract is not divided into lots for the reasons stated in the service proposal.
