1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and successive supply of tires for official vehicles of the Police of the Podkarpackie garrison.
2. Detailed characteristics of the subject of the contract are attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract and Annex 2 to the SWZ – Offer form.
3. Supplied tyres:
1) they must not be older than 12 months from the date of manufacture (not applicable to tyres for special vehicles);
2) they must meet the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 2020/740 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 2020 on the labelling of tyres with respect to fuel efficiency and other parameters;
3) they must meet the technical and quality requirements of the relevant PN-EN standards;
4) they must be approved for use in accordance with § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2803, as amended);

3. Supplied tyres:
1) they must not be older than 12 months from the date of manufacture (not applicable to tyres for special vehicles);
2) they must meet the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 2020/740 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 2020 on the labelling of tyres with respect to fuel efficiency and other parameters;
3) they must meet the technical and quality requirements of the relevant PN-EN standards;
4) they must be approved for use in accordance with § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2803, as amended);
5. they must comply with the applicable safety standards (marked with the DOT mark) and bear the ECE type-approval mark symbol E;
6) they must meet the requirements of LI/SI, rolling resistance, adhesion and noise specified in the offer assortment and price form (in col. 4 and 5), which are minimum parameters. For each tyre, the Contractor shall present the proposed value of the indices in compliance with the minimum values required by the Contracting Authority and shall provide the tyre brand and type of tread offered as well as label data (i.e. tyre rolling resistance coefficient, wet grip coefficient and external noise level (column 6-11 of the form);
7) they must be covered by a minimum 12-month warranty against hidden defects that arose during production and their disclosure before putting on the rim (wheel disc) was impossible.
