This assignment concerns an existing building in 1000 Brussels, Antoine Dansaertstraat 121-123, which is currently used as a student home with 35 rooms. The contracting authority wishes to sell the property under conditions, thereby imposing specific requirements on the Buyer regarding the destination of the property as student housing. The contracting authority wishes to purchase the totality of the available capacity of the property from the buyer as a service to its students. The contracting authority wishes - in its capacity as future (main) tenant - that the property meets specific minimum (quality) requirements and this at least for the entire period that the contracting authority will rent the property. The management of the property to be rented, in all its facets, will be guaranteed by the buyer.
