Extent

Appendix Information ÅVS shows the assignment's recycling stations with location information such as address, opening hours, number of cleaning occasions per year, zoning, etc. Appendix ÅVS map shows the geographical location. For civic amenity sites located in zone 2, the offer price is replaced by a special mark-up factor, see more information under point 6.5.1 compensation.

Please note that recycling stations and thus the need for services may be closed during the term of the agreement.

Volume

The framework agreement does not contain commitments of a specific volume during the contract period. The actual outcome depends on the needs that arise during the duration of the contract. Assumed supplier is expected to have the capacity to deliver contracted services/based on actual need.

The ceiling volume for the entire contract period including extension clauses is 20,000 assignments. In the event that the required ceiling volume is reached, the framework agreement will cease to apply, see below under the heading "Cancellation".
