With this European tender, Wetterskip Fryslân wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the communication and design services.

The framework agreement to be concluded has an effective date of 01-03-2024. The desired term is four (4) years and ends by operation of law on 29-02-2028.

The tendered contract of communication and design consists of the following services:

1. Concept and design (online/offline)

2. Media buying

3. Strategy and communication advice.
