The subject of this tender is the structural implementation of implementation package 2 from lock package 1 of the locks on the Finow Canal. Execution package 2 consists of the Schöpfurt and Heegermühle locks. Lot 4.1 for implementation package 2 includes the dismantling, replacement of the lock system (without electrical engineering/control), the new construction of the outer harbours including waiting and landing stages, the new construction of the operating building and the transfer routes for muscle-powered boats at the Heegermühle lock site. At the Schöpfurt site, only adaptation work is being carried out on the lock and the waiting points to automate lock operation.

The construction contract mainly includes the following construction services:

1) General work:

- Technical processing

- construction site equipment

- Preparation of the construction site area, taking into account

- Preparation of the construction site traffic routes inside and outside the BE areas

2) Demolition of the existing structure and construction of the watertight excavation pit:

- Advance lifting, insertion of the lateral sheet piling walls as excavation pit enclosure

- Excavation of the lateral building backfill

- Demolition of existing bridge and bridge connection

- Demolition of the existing structure up to approx. 2 m below GOK

- Installation of belts and stiffeners

- Demolition of the existing structure up to the UK underwater concrete base under water

- Installation of micropiles

- Installation of the underwater concrete base incl. cleaning of the contact surfaces

- Lenzing of the excavation pit and water retention

3. Ersatzneubau des Schleusenbauwerks:

- Cleaning of the UWB sole and production of the compensating layer of unreinforced concrete

- Reinforcement and concrete for reinforced concrete floor

- Forming, reinforcement and concreting of the walls (several concreting sections)

- Filling the edge areas with reusable excavated material

- Dismantling of the temporary stiffeners

- Assembly of the lock equipment and steel water components in solid construction; Second concrete work on the lock equipment and steel water components, corrosion protection work in hydraulic steel construction

- Installation of masonry shell and execution of natural stone work, completion work on solid construction

- Partial dismantling of the sheet piling walls of the excavation pit enclosure

4) Design of the outer harbours or entry funnels:

- Dismantling of the previous. Waiting areas incl. floating jetties and fovice fortification

- New construction of waiting areas incl. floating jetties, dredging, bottom and embankment protection

- New construction of the "transfer path in the lower outer harbour area" including foundation for the floating jetty, dredging, bed and slope stabilisation

- New construction of the outer harbours or entrance funnels (dredging, base reinforcement, equipment)

- Dismantling crossings in the upper outer harbour

- Dismantling of the construction site including slope stabilization

- Sheet piling walls of the excavation pit enclosure in the foreport burn down immediately

5) Building construction work (company building):

- Construction of the lock operating buildings

- Construction of a drinking water pipeline and a sewage collection pit

- Laying of the cable ducts, final assembly of the electrotechnical equipment

6) Final works:

- Construction of outdoor facilities

- Dismantling of temporary construction roads

- Dismantling of the construction site equipment and storage areas

- Clearing the construction site

- Trial operation and commissioning

- Opening of the lock
