WeinEntdeckerWochen

Under the motto "Become a wine explorer", the Deutsches Weininstitut GmbH awards the conceptual development of existing event concepts on the subject of German wine in gastronomy and trade in Germany. The concept of the "WeinEntdeckerWochen", which take place once a year outside the German wine-growing regions, is intended to lead to the participating companies imaginatively putting German wine in the foreground and thus further promoting the awareness of local wines. The campaign includes the acquisition of restaurateurs and retailers, the further development of the existing website, the promotion of the event through nationwide PR and marketing activities as well as the content preparation, support and handling of the complete organization of the event and the evaluation of the measures implemented.

The services of the contractor for the implementation of the WeinEntdeckerWochen result from the service description of the award procedure No. DWI 2022-16 and include in particular:

- the further development of the content concept for the WeinEntdeckerWochen,

- the further development, maintenance and updating of an existing website in compliance / design of data protection user concerns with regard to the website,

- the continuous updating of the content of a social media presence on Facebook and Instagram before and during the WeinEntdeckerWochen,

- the acquisition of at least 150 restaurateurs and traders to participate in the WeinEntdeckerWochen,

- the prior promotion of the events through nationwide PR and marketing activities,

- the organization and implementation of the WeinEntdeckerWochen including the development of general conditions of participation (GTC) for the participating companies,

- the establishment of a "WeinEntdecker-Büro" for the time of acquisition until the implementation of the WeinEntdeckerWochen for the support and advice of the participating companies, which can be reached Monday to Friday from 9-17 by phone and e-mail,

- the organization and implementation of accompanying measures at the WeinEntdeckerWochen (e.g. booking of influencers, competitions, sponsor acquisition, etc.),

- the annual evaluation of the measures carried out, including detailed annual reporting.
