3.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of gas in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 for the participants of the Krakow Gas Purchase Group in the amount of 51 803 457 kWh and the supply of gas in cylinders.

3.2. During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party undertakes to receive the Minimum Contractual Volume (MWU) of Gaseous Fuel in the amount of 70% of the estimated amount of gaseous fuel. If the Ordering Party does not collect mwU within the contractual period, it will then be obliged to pay the Contractor a contractual penalty for each 1 kWh of gaseous fuel, which is the difference between the MWU, and the quantity actually received in the amount of 75% of the price for gas fuel, calculated in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
