Framework agreement for the supply and transmission of electricity
It is a multi-holder framework agreement, executory as from its notification, without minimum or maximum amounts, concluded in accordance with articles L. 2125-1 1 o , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the code of the public order and according to the procedure of the open invitation to tender of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 o and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code.
