The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting

and skidding of wood and the state of possession, trees, maintenance of forest tourist facilities, seeds, nursery management, to be performed in the area of the Tuchola Forest District in 2023. The contractor may submit a bid for a maximum of 2 packages. The offer submitted for a given Package must, however, cover the entire scope of work provided for in the CMS for this Package. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3) - (4) of the Public Procurement Law.
