The construction project 92900 New Line across West Funen includes the construction of a new approx. 35 km long double-track and electrified railway for 250 km/h across West Funen between Odense West and Kauslunde, including 32 structures.

In connection with the construction works for the line and the 32 structures, a supervisory office will be established near Ejby.

The main features of the agreement are as follows:

1) Establishment of supervisory office;

2) Rental, including operation and maintenance, of office pavilions during the term of the agreement;

3) Possible expansion/reduction of the supervisory office, cf. options; and

4) Removal of the supervisory office.

The agreement is also referred to as the "rental agreement".

The lease agreement includes the establishment of a supervisory office in the form of office pavilions.

The supervisory office must contain at least 34 office spaces and all facilities including, among others: kitchen with dining area for 20 people or more, toilets, and meeting room for 30 people or more.

The Danish Road Directorate then rents the office pavilions until the construction project is completed, after which the inspection office must be removed by the supplier. The necessary ongoing maintenance is contained in the rental agreement.
