The wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia (Pohde) requests your offer for folding and end screens for patient rooms in accordance with the invitation to tender.

The target groups in the invitation to tender are:

1. Taittosermit

2. Liikuteltavat päätysermit

The offer can be given either only to target group 1 or 2 individually, or both. One supplier is selected separately for both target groups according to the combined price and quality score (50/50). Quality scores are formed on the basis of trial runs. The trial run will be carried out after the closing of the invitation to tender at a separately agreed time.

The contract for screens is made for a period of 2 years, after which the possibility of 1 + 1 option year. During the 2-year contract period, the estimated procurement volumes are as follows:

1. Folding screens. The target group is divided into two: Mobile folding screens 300 pcs and Wall-mounted folding screens 150 pcs, total 450 pcs

2. Mobile end screens 300 pcs

The contract period is 1.1.2024 - 31.12.2025.

Broken down from these figures, the estimated procurement volumes of OYS Future Hospital for spring 2024:

* Mobile folding screen 120 pcs, size range 160-179 x 210-239 cm

* Mobile end screen 140 pcs, size range 180-190 x 140-160 cm
