the purpose of the Framework Agreement is the supply of cleaning products, hygiene and ancillary services.this consultation is carried out in compliance with the provisions of articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code in the form of an open call for tenders because of its amount.the services of this framework agreement are subject to a splitting with purchase orders concluded with a single economic operator within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-4 to R. 2162-6 of the Public Order Code, under the following conditions: Minimum amount: 15 000 euro (s) excluding tax Maximum amount: 150 000 euro (s) HT The minimum and maximum amounts are identical for each renewal period
