On behalf of the City Government department for seniors and social services, Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Nursing Homes shall enter into long-term hiring and service providing agreements for 3-5 nursing homes, with a capacity for up to 400 residents. The hiring agreement period is minimum 30 years. Option for 10 years extension. The agreement period for the service contracts is either 8 years + 1 year + 1 year or ongoing contracts with 12 months period of notice. The competition is reserved for ideal suppliers who have available sites. The Agency for Nursing Homes has now completed the prequalification of tenderers. The next phase will involve preparation of the tender documents, competitions with negotiations about the execution of the engineering design, construction, leasing, operation and maintenance of nursing homes, as well as nursing home operations (psychiatry and/or somatic). In this regard there is a need for engineering assistance for construction projects.
