The Amsterdam Transport Region has a Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS) for the purpose of hiring external staff, if the value of the further contract exceeds the European tender threshold for Services, with the exception of IPM roles.

For the implementation of the DAS, the digital platform of www.flextender.nl will be

deployed. Via that digital platform, the detailed description will also be read per further request and hiring requests from the Amsterdam Transport Region will be published.
