1. The subject of the contract includes:

a. transport/drop-off of pupils to/from primary schools run by the municipality of Śrem;

b. transport/drop-off of pupils of grades III and IV of primary schools and pupils of sports departments with a swimming profile from/to Primary School No. 6 in Śrem for swimming lessons carried out on/from the facility of Śremski Sport Sp. z o.o., 1a Staszica Street, 63-100 Śrem.

2. The subject of the contract specified in point 1 a-b will be implemented for a period of 24 months from 02-01-2024 to 31-12-2025. Transport/drop-off of pupils to/from primary schools run by the Śrem municipality will be carried out during the school year on weekdays, with the exception of summer and winter holidays. Drop-offs/drop-offs of primary school students to/from the facility of Śremski Sport Sp. z o.o. will take place on days when educational institutions carry out didactic and educational activities.

Drop-offs/drop-offs of primary school students to/from the facility of Śremski Sport Sp. z o.o. will take place on days when educational institutions carry out didactic and educational activities.

3. The list of schools in the Śrem municipality covered by school transport and transport of primary school students to the facility of Śremski Sport Sp. z o.o.:

- Primary School in Zbrudzewo;

- Primary School in Nochów;

- Primary School in Dąbrowa;

- Primary School in Bodzyniewo;

- Primary School in Pyszjaca;

- Primary School in Krzyżanów;

- Primary School No. 1 in Śrem;

- Primary School No. 2 in Śrem (pupils covered by transport only to the facility of Śremski Sport Sp. z o.o.);

- Primary School No. 4 in Śrem;

- Primary School No. 5 in Śrem (pupils are transported only to the facility of Śremski Sport Sp. z o.o.);

- Primary School No. 6 in Śrem (pupils covered by transport only to the facility of Śremski Sport Sp. z o.o.).
