1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive municipal waste management service consisting in:
1) accepting municipal waste, specified generically for a given part of the contract, in the place of receipt of municipal waste indicated and provided by the Contractor,
2) possible collection / storage of municipal waste, including at the place of receipt of municipal waste, after their acceptance and before processing,
3) processing of accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, in the municipal waste management site indicated and provided by the Contractor,
4) implementation of reporting and information obligations,
5) performance of obligations guaranteeing the Ordering Party the possibility of exercising control and verification rights,
6) performance of services and obligations related to the services expressed in points 1 – 5) above
- hereinafter jointly referred to as the 'municipal waste management service'.

Part I of the contract is awarded in the name and on behalf of the Municipality of Jarocin, with which the Contractor whose bid will be selected as the most advantageous will conclude a public procurement contract.

Part II of the contract is awarded in the name and on behalf of the Municipality of Raszków, with which the Contractor whose bid will be selected as the most advantageous will conclude a public procurement contract.

Part IV of the contract is awarded in the name and on behalf of the Municipality of Nowe Miasto nad Wartą, with which the Contractor whose bid will be selected as the most advantageous will conclude a public procurement contract.

Part VIII of the contract is awarded in the name and on behalf of the Środa Wlkp. Municipality, with which the Contractor whose bid is selected as the most advantageous will conclude a public procurement contract.
