Contract Award - Dynamic Purchasing System - Contract for Assistance Services - Security Tests of the Altinn Component

Background:

The Norwegian Digitalisation Agency, c/o the Department for digitalisation is responsible for the joint Altinn component.

Requirement:

For the field of security tests, we want to implement security tests for Altinn 2.0 with a focus on WebSA and Services 3.0 and related components. We consider the scope of tests to be relatively large in relation to the time window for the implementation. Based on this we believe that a duplication system for testers is necessary.

Option for further tests:

The non-binding scope is between 50 - 100 hours.
