The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions under which the Contractor carries out the management services of CEA MARCOULE's radiation sources.

Firm benefits:

The holder shall be responsible for the following firm benefits:

- Item 1: Management of Radioactive Source Supplies:

o Certificates and balance sheets to be sent to IRSN/UES,

o Internal audits prior to the use of sources,

o Distribution authorisations for suppliers of radioactive sources, / Monitoring and updating of the collection of all authorisations for the holding, distribution and, where applicable, import of authorised suppliers for the CEA Marcoule,

o Monthly and annual reviews,

- Item 2: Management of source movements,

- Item 3: Follow-up on regulatory audits,

- Item 4: Requests for extensions,

- Item 5: Takeover of unemployed sources,

- Item 6: Authorization of the use of sources by external companies,

- Item 7: Annual inventory,

- Item 8: Application files for authorization to possess and use Ionizing Radiation Generators (EERI),

- Position 9: Updating of the various media allowing the management of sources,

- Item 10: Recording, filing and archiving,

- Position 11: Carrying out tasks of a support nature to installations including:

o Installation assistance,

o Writing support documents.

- Item 12: Regulatory monitoring,

Optional services:

The incumbent is responsible for the following optional services:

- Option 1: Extension of benefits for an additional year (4th year).

- Option 2: Extension of benefits for an additional year (5th year).

SERVICES ON MODIFICATION SHEET ON PRIOR ESTIMATE (FDMDP):

The services on FDMDP concern the performance of amending services directly related to the subject of the contract.
