Service contract (framework contract) for the production and provision of catering services as well as the assumption of further services for the day nursery centers of the city of Neckarsulm in 2 lots
The contract comes with surcharge and ends on 31.8.2021. The client has the option to renew the contract for another year at the latest 6 months before the end of the contract up to a maximum contract period of 4 years - at the latest until 31.8.2023.
Start of service is 2.9.2019
The city of Neckarsulm has a total of 16 urban day care facilities. These are spread over the entire city and the districts Amorbach and Obereisesheim.
Concept "distribution kit"
This concept was developed in the event that lunch is managed with the Cook & Chill or Cook & Freeze system. With a hot delivery, the concept dispensary daycare is eliminated, because then every kindergarten can be directly supplied daily.
As many day-care centers are too small to provide sufficient storage capacity, the client has developed a concept whereby all kindergartens can regenerate the food on-site, thus ensuring the shortest possible holding times. The 4 largest day-care centers act as a so-called distribution center. Here the goods are delivered and stored "centrally". The fine distribution / picking then takes place daily to the satellite kitas, depending on the system, cooled or frozen.
In LOS 1, if required, the 8 day care centers can be managed out of the 2 distribution kits. In lot 1 these are:
