In summary, the project will comprise:

Section A:

• 3 classroom 70 m2 each,

• 3 store rooms 10 m2 each,

• 3 safe spaces 12 m2 each,

• 3 WC ensuite 10 m2 each,

• 1 multi sensory room 20 m2,

• 1 assisted User WC 10.5 m2.

Giving a Gross Floor Area for Section A and B (including circulation, internal walls) of 430 m2.

Also:

• Alterations to existing building as outlined in the project brief.
