1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in collective catering of children and young people in educational institutions in the city of Kwidzyn2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex A to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the selection of the Contractor who will provide services consisting in providing food for students of the Adam Mickiewicz Primary School No. 4 at 13 Warszawska Street in Kwidzyn, i.e. preparing and serving a hot meal: a two-course dinner (soup and a second course with salad and compote) in accordance with applicable law. 2. Lunch should include meat, semi-meat and vegetarian dishes, as well as include a variety of meals due to seasonality and holidays. The menu should show the weight, calorifice value of meals and allergens. In the case of a vegetarian dish, the supplement will be a soup containing a meat insert. 3. The Contractor's task is to provide comprehensive nutrition to children in accordance with the principles of rational nutrition for children aged 7 to 16 (primary schools). 4. The estimated number of prepared and served hot two-course meals will be 150 dinners a day. Partial task No. 2: a) preparing and serving meals for children attending the United Europe Primary School No. 5 at 18 Kamienna Street in Kwidzyn, b) preparing, delivering and serving meals for children attending the United Europe Primary School No. 5 at 4 Hallera Street in Kwidzyn, c) preparing and delivering meals for children attending the Municipal Kindergarten No. 1 temporarily located in the building of Primary School No. 5 United Europe at 4 Hallera Street in Kwidzyn. d) preparation, delivery and distribution of meals for children from "0" wards operating at SP 5 in Kwidzyn.Other information contained in Annex A to SWZ
