The subject of the Order is the provision of a service of collection and management of all municipal waste from the owners of real estate inhabited in the city and the Commune of Jędrzejów, including:

1) collection of waste generated in the city and municipality of Jędrzejów from property owners and their transport to the place of development;

2) collection of municipal waste collected at Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points, located in: Jędrzejów at Rakowska Street, at the Municipal Waste Landfill in Potok Mały

3) organization and operation of the travelling collection of bulky waste, waste electronic and electrical equipment, used tires from households.

4) supplying property owners inhabited with LDPE bags for selective collection of municipal waste, containers for waste collection - at the request of the property owner and other services listed in the description of the subject of the contract

1. The subject of the Order is the provision of a service of collection and management of all municipal waste from the owners of real estate inhabited in the city and municipality of Jędrzejów, including:

1) collection of waste generated in the city and municipality of Jędrzejów from the owners of real estate on which residents live (single-family and multi-family buildings) and their transport to the place of development;

2) collection of municipal waste collected at Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (called PSZOK), located in: Jędrzejów at Rakowska Street, 28-300 Jędrzejów and at the Municipal Waste Landfill in Potok Mały; 28-300 Jędrzejów and management of municipal waste collected from the inhabitants of the city and the Commune of Jędrzejów as part of PSZOK;

3) organization and operation of the travelling collection of bulky waste, waste electronic and electrical equipment, used tires from households.

4) supplying property owners inhabited with LDPE bags for selective collection of municipal waste, containers for collecting waste - at the request of the property owner and other services listed in the Description of the Subject of the Order.

5. the collection of municipal waste must be divided into the following fractions:

5.1) collected directly from the property:

(a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste

(b) paper and paperboard,

c) plastics, metals, multi-material packaging waste,

(d) glass,

(e) biodegradable waste

(f) bulky waste,

(g) waste electrical and electronic equipment

(h) used tyres

5.2) received from PSZOK:

(a) paper and paperboard

(b) plastics,

(c) multi-material packaging waste

(d) metals,

(e) glass,

(f) biodegradable waste,

(g) construction and demolition waste,

(h) large-sized waste,

(i) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

(j) used batteries and batteries,

(k) used tyres,

(l) waste textiles and clothing,

ł) expired medicines,

(m) fluorescent lamps and other wastes containing mercury

(n) engine, gear and lubricating oils,

(o) solvents, paints, inks, adhesives, binders and resins

(p) waste ineligible as medical waste arising from the taking of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels of substances, in particular needles and syringes

2. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
