"The Wetterau gGmbH health centre network operates health facilities for inpatient patient care with a total of around 775 beds at its locations in Bad-Nauheim, Friedberg, Schotten and Gedern.

The aim of the construction project is to concentrate the somatic medical services at the Friedberg site with the Bürgerhospital and the Bad Nauheim site with the Hochwald Hospital at the Bad Nauheim site. This is to be made possible by new extensions and renovation of the existing buildings for functional diagnostics, central operating theatre, sterile goods processing, intensive care and general care and parking deck.

The subject of this contract is the implementation planning, tendering and construction management of the 3rd construction phase "extension" with the essential functional positions:

1. Abortion of the previous. interdisciplinary emergency department

2. Emergency room with patient management and the medical on-call service

3. Maternity ward with maternity nurses

4. Intensive care and infection care

5. Allgemeinpflege

6. Examination and treatment

The previous planning envisages a usable area of around 11,300.00 m² NUF.

Furthermore, in the 1st construction phase ""Extension of the central operating theatre", the construction management for the 2nd construction phase is to be taken over."
