The service includes the provision of interpreting services at both national and international events to people with hearing loss, deaf people and people with deafblindness who are elected representatives within call-off eligible organizations. The position also includes allocating and prioritizing the annual budget (annual appropriation) for interpreting services between the eligible organizations.

It shall be possible to carry out the following interpreting assignments:

Sign language interpretation as an interpreting method

• Deafblind interpretation as an interpreting method

• Written interpretation as an interpreting method

• Characters as support interpretation (TSS interpretation) as an interpreting method.

• It must be possible to carry out interpreting assignments for spoken and written language in Swedish and English as well as Swedish and international sign language.
