HCUC seeking to appoint a competent and experienced mechanical & electrical engineering services maintenance provider to provide planned preventative maintenance services across their building portfolio.

Uxbridge College, which was Ofsted “Outstanding” graded further education college pre-merger, merged with Harrow College on 1.8.2017 forming HCUC. The college as a result of the merger are seeking to appoint a competent and experienced M&E planned preventative maintenance provider with capabilities of managing and maintaining a mixed asset stock.

The general types of services under this contract may include:

— planned preventative maintenance for all electrical, heating, water and ventilation systems,

— responsive maintenance for all electrical, heating, water and ventilation systems,

— safety checks for gas, emergency lighting, security systems an fire systems,

— technical and specialist contract services management and support such as, lifts, kitchen refrigeration, closimat toilets, partition walls etc.,

— minor project works.
