The purpose of this contract is to entrust the service provider with:

- the realization of a shared and complete diagnosis of mobility in the corridor between Saint-Étienne and Lyon, the identification of the corresponding issues, and the definition of objectives for the elaboration of an action plan to respond to these issues,

- the analysis of identified action tracks, the proposal of other possible relevant tracks and the evaluation of these,

- drawing up a coherent action plan on all trips in consultation with all stakeholders and stakeholders in the area.

Study of mobility and development of a multimodal and shared action plan to improve mobility between Saint-Étienne and Lyon.
