The subject of the contract (basic, guaranteed) is the delivery of computer monitors for the needs of the Ordering Party, i.e. the Warsaw University of Technology in the amount of 20 pcs. 27" and 5 pcs. 31,5".

1. The subject of the contract (basic, guaranteed) is the delivery of computer monitors for the needs of the Ordering Party, i.e. the Warsaw University of Technology in the amount of 20 pcs. 27" and 5 pcs. 31,5".

A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is attached as Annex 8 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract must come from a legal source and be intended for use in Poland.

2. The Contracting Authority shall not provide for an electronic auction.

3. The Contracting Authority shall not conduct proceedings for the conclusion of the framework agreement.

4. The Contracting Authority shall not allow for the possibility of submitting a bid providing for a manner of performance of the contract other than that specified by the Contracting Entity.

5. The Purchaser does not allow submission of partial offers.

6. The Awarding Entity does not allow submitting variants.

7. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law.

8. The Contracting Authority does not require that persons participating in the performance of the contract be employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1976 – Labour Code (Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law).

9. The Contracting Authority does not provide for requirements for the employment by the Contractor of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Public Procurement Law.

10. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the right to apply for the award of a contract only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Law.
