1. The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance in 2024 of green areas owned by the Staszów Municipality located in the Town and Municipality of Staszów, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference and Section II.2.4 of this announcement.

Detailed requirements for the performance of this contract are also specified

in the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 10 to the Terms of Reference.

The contract in question must be performed in accordance with the applicable regulations and the conditions contained in the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance in 2024 of green areas owned by the Staszów Municipality located in the Town and Municipality of Staszów, covering the following scope:

1) lawns in the city of Staszów - area of 344,761 m2, specified in Appendix No. 1 to the agreement: (...)

2) hedges and clusters of shrubs in the city of Staszów - area of 2050 m2: (...)

3) flowerbeds and perennial flower beds in the city of Staszów (Market Square, Adam Bień Park, Legionów Park, Zalew nad Czarną, Jana Pawła II Street, Spokojna Street, Tadeusza Kościuszki Street, Konstytucji 3-go Maja Street, Adama Mickiewicza Street, Opatowska Street, Wysoka Street, Szkolna Street, the so-called "green stops" located at Krakowska Street and on the Market Square, roundabouts located in the city and municipality of Staszów) and in the following towns: Dobra, Kurozwęki, Wiśniowa, Wola Wiśniowska – area of 975 m2: (...)

4) trees - all trees on the land owned by the Staszów commune, growing within the administrative boundaries of the city: (...)

5) ongoing maintenance of greenery located in the right-of-way of municipal roads in the city of Staszów in the amount of approx. 44,000 m2, consisting mainly of: (...)

6) ongoing maintenance of greenery located in the road lane of municipal roads in the rural areas of the Staszów commune, listed in Appendix No. 3 to the agreement, on the length of approx. 109.12 km, consisting mainly of: (...)

7) in the areas located in the Staszów commune (green areas in the area of villages) with an area of 29,762 m2 - mowing grass at the frequency indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the agreement;

8) preparing quarterly reports in writing on the implementation of the tasks specified in this subject of the contract and delivering them to the seat of the Town and Commune Office of Staszów, 31 Opatowska Street, 28-200 Staszów.

and other work necessary to ensure the proper performance of the subject matter of this contract.

Draft agreement with the following annexes:

Appendix No. 1 - List of registration numbers of plots /lawns/, located in the city to be maintained, together with their area and frequency of grass mowing during the term of the agreement.

Appendix No. 2 - List of registration numbers of plots /green areas/, located in the area of villages, intended for maintenance, together with their area and frequency of grass mowing during the term of the agreement.

Appendix No. 3 – List of municipal roads in the Staszów municipality covered by the maintenance of greenery within the road right-of-way,

Appendix 10 to the Terms of Reference.

2. The contract in question must be performed in accordance with the applicable regulations and the conditions contained in the SWZ.

3. The Ordering Party does not require:

- the performance by the Contractor of a local vision or,

- checking by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the execution of the order available on the spot with the Contracting Authority.
