Provision of a catering service for a period of 24 months, i.e. preparation of all-day meals and packed lunches for patients of the Dr. Alfred Sokołowski Specialist Hospital in Wałbrzych in facilities located at 4 Alfreda Sokołowski Street and 4 Stefana Batory Street.
The subject of the Order is:
I. Preparation of all-day meals and packed lunches for patients of the Dr. Alfred Sokołowski Specialist Hospital in Wałbrzych in facilities located at 4 Alfreda Sokołowski Street and 4 Stefana Batory Street.
Preparation of meals based on GMP and GHP principles and HACCP system in accordance with the Act of 25.08.2006. on food and nutrition safety (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2021, as amended), in accordance with the current recommendations of the Institute of Food and Nutrition in Warsaw and the Polish Society of Dietetics, divided into diets according to orders from individual hospital departments.
The average daily number of all-day meals (breakfast / second breakfast, lunch / afternoon tea / dinner / light snack, rolls) is about 1250, including: 750 meals for the wards at 4 Alfreda Sokołowski Street and 500 meals and 60 rolls for the branches at 4 Stefana Batory Street.
Transport of meals to the Branches at 4 Stefana Batory Street (distance 6 km) will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor, by means of transport with a valid permit and certificates for transporting food.
The approximate number of meals for the sick that the Contractor should prepare during the term of the contract is 973,000 meals, i.e.: 300,000 breakfasts, 6,000 second breakfasts, 300,000 lunches, 7,000 afternoon teas, 300,000 dinners, 60,000 light snacks.
For patients of the Department of Paediatrics at 4 Stefana Batory Street, full board (breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner).
For patients of diets with the restriction of easily digestible carbohydrates full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner, light snack).
Basic diet for adults three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner.)
The approximate number of rolls that the Contractor should prepare during the term of the contract is 28 800 pieces. for patients of the Daily Psychiatry Departments at 4 Stefana Batory Street.

Obligations of the contractor
1. The Contractor shall prepare meals in accordance with the notified diet, maintaining sanitary and epidemiological requirements, based on the demand for meals from each branch in writing, by e-mail or telephone, with the type and number of diets.
2.The Contractor is obliged to provide meals at fixed, fixed hours on each day of the week.
