This procurement guidance describes the procedure for the European public tender 'Tree maintenance and management of trees ABG organisation' with the SIW8931 signature. This guidance includes RAW specifications Framework Agreement Maintenance Trees ABG municipalities specifications number ABG-2021-09 including drawings and annexes.

The work is within the municipal borders of the ABG Organization.

The contracting authority intends to provide a contract for the maintenance and management of trees. The work and requirements of the contracting authority for the work are defined in the procurement documents.

The activities of the assignment mainly consist of the following parts:

a. Tree removal;

b. Removal of stobbing;

c. Poets and/or adjusting tree mirrors;

d. Prepare planting site for the purpose of replanting trees

Note: tree planting/replanting takes place by third parties

e. Tree guidance and maintenance pruning

Maximum Framework Agreement Size

Due to recent case law, it is mandatory to include a maximum size in this framework agreement. This framework agreement will operate with a maximum of EUR 1,300,000 for the entire contract period (fixed period including renewals).
