The subject of the contract is the collection and development service of municipal waste from the owners of residential property located within the Municipality of Więcbork in 2022.
A detailed description of the object of the contract (OPZ), including the requirements referred to in Article 6d (4) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of order and cleanliness in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), contains Annex 1 to the Draft Agreement forming Annex 3 to the SWZ.
The subject of the contract is the collection and development service of municipal waste from the owners of residential property located within the Municipality of Więcbork in 2022.
The Contractor is obliged to carry out the service in accordance with the Rules of Maintenance of Order and Purity on the territory of the Municipality of Więcbork, passed by Resolution No XXXIX/278/21 of the Municipal Council of 27 October 2021 and in accordance with Resolution No XXXIX/279/21 of the Jail City Council of 27 October 2021 on the establishment of the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services for the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the development of such waste, in exchange for the payment of municipal waste management fee paid by the property owner, and so not less often than in the way described below:
1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and biowaste constituting municipal waste:
(a) during the period from 1 April to 31 October not less than once a week in the urban area and not less than 2 times a month in the rural part of the property on which the inhabitants reside, built up by multi-family buildings,
(b) during the period from 1 April to 31 October not less than once a fortnight in the urban area and not less than once a month in the rural part of the property on which the residents reside, built up single-family residential buildings,
(c) from 1 January to 31 March and from 1 November to 31 December no less than once a month from properties on which residents reside, built up single-family residential buildings and no less than 2 times a month from the properties on which the inhabitants reside, built-up multi-family buildings,
2) metals and plastics, glass, paper:
(a) from properties on which residents reside, built up single-family residential buildings not less often than once a month,
(b) from properties on which residents reside, built up in multi-family buildings, no less than 2 times a month,
3) ash:
(a) during the period from 1 October to 30 April - 1 once a month,
(b) during the period 1 May to 30 September — 2 times within the deadlines set.
4) furniture and other large-size waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment will be received from property owners residing at the place and time indicated by the receiving trader w/w waste, but not less often than twice a year.
