The services for the execution of the parquet work essentially include:

- Construction site equipment with all necessary equipment to carry out the parquet work,

- Manufacture of protective covers,

- surface preparation,

- Installation of lamellar parquet,

- Installation of skirting boards and accessories,

- Renovation of lamellar parquet.

When carrying out the work, it must be ensured that damage to the building fabric is to be prevented. The entire property is under monument protection. The preservation of the substance always has priority over the renewal of the elements and components. Dismantled components and add-on parts are to be kept until they are released by the client, the preservation department or the local property supervision.

The outside area (green belt) is a protected landscape area. Damage to nature and the environment of any kind is punishable. All measures and interventions require a special permit. Due to the difficult delivery conditions and the requirements of landscape protection, the attached photo documentation must be observed and a visit to the location is highly recommended. The difficult delivery will not be paid for separately.
