1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of diesel and heating oil to tanks located on the premises of the Municipal Treatment Plant in Wołomin Sp. z o.o.

2. The order is divided into two (2) lots:

Part 1 — Supply of diesel fuel;

Part 2 – Supply of heating oil.

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is Annex 1 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of diesel oil in two types - standard and winter period diesel oil with improved low-temperature properties, meeting the requirements of the current PN-EN 590 + A1: 2017-06 standard or equivalent in an estimated quantity of 350 000 l.

2. Delivery of diesel oil will take place to two tanks: to a tank with a capacity of 5000 liters at the plant at 4 Łukasiewicza Street, 05-200 Wołomin and to a tank with a capacity of 5000 liters at the plant at al. Niepodległości 253 Lipiny Stare 05-200 Wołomin.

1. Delivery of light fuel oil in an estimated amount of 60,000 liters to tanks located on the premises of the Municipal Treatment Plant in Wołomin Company

2. Light fuel oil will be delivered to two tanks, i.e. to a tank with a capacity of 4500 liters in the MZO boiler room at 4 Łukasiewicza Street in Wołomin (05-200) and to a tank with a capacity of 750 liters in the facility located at al. Niepodległości 253 Lipiny Stare 05-200 Wołomin.
