Hotel & Guest House Accommodation Framework

The Council sought proposals for the provision of the Services by means of a public tender

exercise. The Council placed a Framework Agreement notice on its website on 28 February

2024, the Find a Tender Service and Contract Finder seeking expressions of interest from

potential providers for the provision of the Services (divided into Lots).

The Council has, through a competitive process, selected the Provider to provide the

Services within the Provider's Lots to the Council (where requested) and the Provider is

willing and able to provide the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of

this Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contracts entered into.

Lot 1 - Block booking hotel or guest house nightly rooms for a specified period in the district
