The subject of the contract is the performance of the service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from real estate located in the Community of Kocmyrzów-Luborzyca, where residents live (non-inhabited real estate, companies, family gardens allotments, institutions, cemeteries are not covered by the subject of the contract) and from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located in Kocmyrzów, Graniczna 3 Street, in a manner ensuring that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery are achieved by other methods and limitation of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities, records of the Provincial Waste Management Plan.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of ordering the Contractor, contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Public Procurement Law Act up to 30% of the value of the basic contract. It is assumed that the additional order may be for a repeat of a similar service. Contracts involving the repetition of a similar service will be awarded where there is a legitimate need for exporting more waste than assumed at the stage of the proceedings or in the case of completion of an additional contract beyond the period of the contract existing in a situation where, for example: subsequent proceedings carried out for the collection and management of waste, will not allow the contract to be signed within such a time limit that liquidity in the collection of garbage is preserved. The amount of remuneration of the like service (new order) will be determined during the negotiations in the free hand mode (i.e. based on the price rates of the tender selected in the tender. If there is no possibility to determine remuneration based on price rates from the offer, it will be possible to determine the remuneration based on market prices).
