The municipality of Limanowa covers an area of 152 km2, with 23 villages. It stretches longitudinally for 40 kilometers. Number of households (as of 31.07.2022) - 6166 Number of people from the declaration (as of 31.07.2022) - 22398 Collection, disposal and management of waste should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) and other implementing regulations regarding municipal waste. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of non-segregated municipal solid waste and segregated waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties in the area of the Limanowa Municipality in the amount of approx. 4,100 Mg in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.
1. Collection and management of unsegregated and segregated municipal waste, collected in plastic bags from properties inhabited in the Limanowa Municipality from the following towns: Bałażówka, Kanina, Kisielówka, Kłodne, Koszary, Lipowe, Łososina Górna, Makowica, Męcina, Młynne, Mordarka, Nowe Rybie, Pasierbiec, Pisarzowa, Rupniów, Siekierczyna I, Siekierczyna II, Sowliny, Stara Wieś I, Stara Wieś II, Stare Rybie, Walowa Góra, High. Tidying up the area in the place where waste is collected in the event of its contamination due to weather conditions, e.g. wind, others: e.g. animal interference, due to the contractor's fault, e.g. during loading.
In particular, the following waste fractions are subject to collection and management: 1) Blue bags with the word "Paper"; 2) Green bags with the inscription "Glass; 3) Yellow bags with the inscription "Metals and plastics; 4) Brown bags with the inscription "Bio"; 5) Black bags containing sorting residues or non-segregated (mixed municipal waste).

Receipt and development from uninhabited properties accumulated in plastic bags and containers located in workplaces, trading posts and service outlets, schools, institutions and other entities that have made declarations. Ordering the site at the site of collection of waste in case of contamination.
3. Collection and management of waste collected in street bins at public transport stops - cleaning of bus shelters.
4. Frequency of collection: From owners of inhabited properties and from owners of uninhabited areas. 1) black, yellow and brown containers (bags): twice a month 2) blue, green containers (bags): once a month 3) waste codes: 17 01 07 - mixed wastes from concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramic materials and equipment other than those mentioned in 170106* 20 01 31* cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs and 200132 drugs other than those mentioned in 200131* and packaging, 20 03 07 - bulky waste, 20 01 36 - waste electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 200121,200123, 200135,
20 01 27* - paints, inks, adhesives, binders, and resins containing hazardous substances and packaging, 20 01 28 - paints, inks, adhesives, binders, and resins other than those mentioned in 200127* and packaging, 16 01 03 - used tyres generated in households from passenger cars, bicycles, motorcycles not originating from business and/or agricultural activities), 17 03 80 - waste roofing felt, 17 06 04 - insulation materials other than those mentioned in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03, 20 01 10 - clothing, 20 01 11 - textiles - at least 2 times a year. A detailed export schedule is attached to SWZ 5. Equipping on the basis of lending containers to schools and public utility units a minimum of 3 containers for segregated waste with a capacity of Min. 240l/object and 1 container for unsorted waste (sorting residues) 1100l/object 6. Deadline for completion of the order in point 5 until 04.01.2023 7. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected and managed will be provided in the appendix to the description constituting an appendix to the Terms of Reference. 8. The amount of waste generated in the Limanowa municipality does not depend on the Ordering Party. The quantities are estimates and may be changed according to the actual needs of the Contracting Authority, taking into account the amount of waste generated by the owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties. The amount of municipal waste given above is an approximate figure.9. Settlement for the service will be made by interim monthly invoices for the service provided in arrears. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is set out in the annex to the Terms of Reference.
