The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity (trading in electricity / without transmission) for facilities:

- PGE Narodowy stadium (al. Józef Poniatowski 1 in Warsaw),

- office building (Zieleniecka 1 avenue),

- container building (Prince J. Poniatowski 1),

- connections on the property.

- PGE Narodowy stadium located at al. Fr.. Józef Poniatowski 1,

- office building at al. Zieleniecka 1,

- container building at al. Fr.. Józef Poniatowski 1,

- connections in the area.

Located on plot No. 12/1 and No. 12/2 precinct 3-01-01 in the Praga Południe area in Warsaw, from 1.120 to 31.12.2021 (24 months).

The electricity consumption assumed for calculating the order value is 32,000 MWh (in words: thirty two thousand MWh) over a period of 24 months.

Expected structure of electricity consumption in individual tariff groups by 2020 and 2021 according to Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference - Description of the subject of the contract.

Settlement for the electricity sold to the Employer will be made on the basis of cyclic readings (made available by the distribution system operator - DSO) in three tariff groups: B21, C21, C 11 (C12B).

13 measuring systems are installed to account for electricity costs.

The Contractor selected as a result of the awarding of the tender will be obliged to conduct the Purchaser's commercial balancing under the contract and will not be entitled to additional remuneration.

The Contracting Party declares that it has a legal title to use the facilities to which electricity is to be supplied under the contract purchased as part of the resolution of this tender.

The contracting party is connected to the distribution network of innogy Stoen Operator Sp. z o. o. (OSD). Under the contract for the sale of electricity, the Contractor selected as a result of the resolution of this tender will be obliged to carry out the procedure of changing the seller in accordance with the applicable regulations. The seller change procedure will be carried out for the third time. The current electricity supplier is PGE Obrót SA based on a contract that is valid until 31/12/2019.
