The object of this works contract is the construction of 22 housing units rue du Tivoli 14 and rue Andrée De Jongh in 1020 Laeken.

The contract includes the execution studies, the supplies, the transports, the works, the labour and all means of execution and constraints necessary for the realization of all the works described in accordance with the documents of this contract.

The present contract therefore includes the mission of general coordination of execution studies and all works and works to be carried out within the framework of the general contractor.
