1. The purpose of this call for tenders is the conclusion of a contract for:
a) Concession of operation, management, requalification, maintenance and supervision of paid parking spaces on public roads
(ZEDL), in the underground parks of Mercado and Rua João de Deus (Court), and in the park to be built between Rua Padre Oliveira and
Julio Dinis Street;
b) Urban rehabilitation, under the terms provided for in Article 43 of the Urban Rehabilitation Legal Regime (approved by Decree-Law no.
307/2009, of October 23, in its current wording), through the promotion of a real estate project that integrates the design and construction of the
parking located between Rua Padre Oliveira and Rua Júlio Dinis.
2. The purpose of the Contract is aimed at the integrated management of equipment and public parking areas in the city of São João da Madeira,
including the rights and obligations of the parties provided for in the Specifications.
