The purpose of this procedure is to award service contracts in order to sort waste, organise waste disposal in response to the needs of CPCU production sites and recycle or recover the waste generated.
Collection of non-hazardous waste (plastic, cardboard, paper, wood, glass, scrap metal, sludge and other non-hazardous waste)CPCU aims to sort, recycle and recover its various wastes in order to meet regulatory and normative requirements. CPCU divides its so-called non-hazardous waste into 4 categories: waste concerned by the collection decree by stream (including paper, wood, plastic, scrap metal, glass), household waste, sludge, and other non-hazardous waste. The services entrusted will be as follows:o Collection of the following streams (sorting at source of waste in accordance with Decree 2021-950 of 16 July 2021), such as paper, metal, plastic, wood, glass ... o Household waste Sludge o Other non-hazardous waste, not listed above
Sorting, disposal and treatment of hazardous wasteCPCU is a producer of waste of various kinds. As a producer, CPCU is responsible for waste from its production to disposal, recycling or recovery. CPCU must therefore sort, recycle and recover its various wastes by meeting regulatory and normative requirements. CPCU must also comply with the international regulation "Transport of Dangerous Goods" for waste concerned by the ADR regulation (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road). This specific regulation on the transport, loading and unloading of hazardous materials is part of a logic of accident prevention, in addition to the requirements of the Labour Code. The holder must provide suitable containers for on-site sorting, collection and treatment of waste. The holder must comply with the packaging instructions for the packaging of waste subject to the ADR regulation. The waste is distributed as follows:- Hazardous solid waste- Waste subject to specific treatment (e.g. WEEE, batteries, DASRI)- Combustion waste
Disposal and treatment of powdery waste in tanks (sodium waste products and soot)CPCU is a producer of waste of various kinds. As a producer, CPCU is responsible for waste from its production to disposal, recycling or recovery. CPCU must sort, recycle and recover its various wastes in order to meet regulatory and normative requirements. As part of its activity, CPCU generates powdery waste such as soot and Sodium Waste Products.The evacuation of this waste is done by tank.
Disposal and treatment of clinker, bottom of the park and conditioned combustion wasteCPCU is a producer of waste of various kinds. As a producer, CPCU is responsible for waste from its production to disposal, recycling or recovery. CPCU must sort, recycle and recover its various wastes in order to meet regulatory and normative requirements. As part of its business, CPCU generates clinker from the combustion of coal and wood pellets. The disposal of this waste is done by flatbed truck.
