Project management assistance contract for the programming and feasibility studies of the Aix Marseille Avignon CROUS PPI for the years 2021 to 2025

The purpose of this assignment is to conduct pre-programming and programming studies, with a view to compiling the necessary documents for:

1) validation and approval of real estate projects sponsored by the Aix-Marseille CROUS Avignon (pre-programming);

2) the implementation of the operations until the follow-up of the pre-project studies (programming and operational follow-up).
