The contract includes:

- all the hardware and software components under license for use necessary for the construction and operation of the local network infrastructure including delivery and preliminary testing;

- professional services (body) for the start of production (so-called system integration) of the hardware and software components common to the entire LAN infrastructure and of the hardware and software components provided for each individual site where the LAN will be built, including configuration, installation and migration as well as functional and final tests of the components themselves;

- maintenance and support services for hardware components (network equipment) and software licensed;

- training services;

- on-site system assistance services, to be used also for the configuration/integration of any components acquired under option, provided following request by the Bank and invoiced according to consumption, for a maximum quantity of 500 hours / person.

The starting amount of the auction is € 7,383,442.62 (excluding VAT).
