Purpose of the tender

The purpose of this request for quotation is to conclude an agreement with a contractor for the execution and supervision of various activities related to mobility in the run-up to and during the event weekends of Appelpop and Fruitcorso that take place annually in September.

The purpose of the agreement is to contract a party that takes care of the project management and realizes the traffic measures at the Appelpop and Fruitcorso events. The contractor must regulate the visitor flows in and around the city during the events, limit the inconvenience for the residents, guarantee the accessibility of the emergency services and make Tiel function as a hospitable city for the visitors.
