Callcenter-DL for TraveNetz GmbH

The Service Provider accepts telephone calls from the Client's customers, processes and answers customer inquiries and enters the request into the IT systems. Customer requests are mainly processed in the online environment of TraveNetz.

- A binding specification of order volume is not possible. However, we expect a magnitude of around 40,000 calls p.a.

- Decrease of approx. 50% of the daily telephone contact volume (approx. 100 - 150 calls per day)

- Expected average talk time, about 4 minutes

- The aim is to support the permanent staff in processing the resulting work volumes and to relieve them as needed and to expand them in the period up to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays.

- The contractor takes over parts of the front and optional outbound and back office services of the network connection office in the areas of B2C
