PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT: Urban project management contract as part of the development of the Strategic Pavé site located in MARCQ-EN-BAROEUL (59700) rue Albert Bailly, rue Pavé Stratégique and rue du Fort:

- Mission 01: Definition of the planning party and elaboration of the associated Master Plan

- Mission 02: Coordination mission, project management assistance for regulatory aspects (PLU/OAP modification/ regulatory consultation)

- Mission 03: Establishment of the Development Permit

- Mission 04: Drafting of the Architectural, Urban, Landscape and Environmental Prescriptions (CPAUPE)

- Mission 05: Elaboration of batch sheets

- Mission 06: Assistance in the realization of the General Technical Services Limits Book

- Mission 07: Operational monitoring, analysis and approval of building permits

- Mission 08: Update of the Master Plan

- Mission 09: Technical design of development works

- Mission 10: Elaboration of the tender file and assistance for the award of development work contracts

- Mission 11: Follow-up of the execution until the reception of the works and monitoring of the year of perfect completion of the development work
