Framework agreement on the provision of bicycles according to TV bicycle leasing

The district of Warendorf (hereinafter referred to as the client) intends to offer its employees service cycle leasing through reimbursement of charges. This is based on the collective agreement for the conversion of charges for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public service (TV bicycle leasing - currently valid version).

The subject of the invitation to tender is therefore a framework agreement on the provision of bicycles by leasing (partial amortization leasing - non-pay-out leasing) in accordance with TV bicycle leasing for the purpose of the transfer to collective bargaining employees for business and private use, including insurance, training and services ( in particular handling the order, return and claims processing processes, maintenance and repair, incident management and provision of an online portal).

The framework agreement does not establish a claim by the contractor to call a specific annual quantity. A minimum order quantity is not agreed upon. The estimated purchase quantity is 240 bicycles. There is a binding maximum acceptance limit of 300 bicycles.
