The Borough of Poole is advertising the following tender opportunity for the delivery of a Supported Living Service for Young People with a Learning Disability and/or Autism (aged 16-25 years) based at Woodlark House in Poole.

This is a new purpose built scheme, currently under construction, consisting of 5 accessible flats. The scheme is in Poole next to Montacute School, Completion is anticipated between Nov-Dec 2018, with people moving in over a 3 month period thereafter.

The service will consist of a background support model.

The contract is for 5 years with a possible 2 year extension.
