Gem. Feldkirchen-Westerham, Neue Mitte - Planning Technical Equipment HLS

Services of the planning of the technical building equipment HLS, plant groups 1-3 and 8 for LP 5-8 according to § 55 HOAI for the construction/renovation of a building ensemble as the new center of Feldkirchen-Westerham. The project will be built in one go and consists of the new building of the adult education centre with a café (GFA approx. 870 m²), the extension of the library with multifunctional hall (GFA approx. 500 m²) and the renovation of the listed municipal library (GFA approx. 745 m²) as well as the associated outdoor facilities suitable for events as a village square with fountain system. An existing stream is to be piped in connection with the expansion of the library.
