The contracting authority would like to procure a new administration system for the education area.
The system will be used for nurseries, wrap-around care and schools.
The system must give gains such as efficiency, increased quality of deliveries, and reduce the vulnerability of the delivery for users.
The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can delivery a general education administration system for the sector. A contract can also be signed with up to two tenderers to cover the need. The contracting authority requests that tenderers state in their tender which parts of the contract the tender s for, based on the division below.
1) Administration system for only nurseries and wrap-around care
2) Administration system only for schools
Information must be given if the tender has another price for offering both lots together. In such cases prices must be given for both lots together and separately.
Each lot mentioned above will be evaluated separately, and up to two tenderers will be selected, which will be awarded a contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to award both contracts to one tenderer in order to reduce the number of suppliers, if such a solution can give a significant reduction of the contracting authority's administration costs. Such a solution can be used in cases where the difference in total weighting is less than 5%.
